Complete Kit Includes:

Sensor With 50 ft. Sensor Wire* and Controller.

The system changes between relays fired (pump 1 & Pump 2) for the Primary Pump. This feature is designed to alternate between the pumps or gate valve so one does not wear faster than the other.

Features

The system changes between relays fired (pump 1 & Pump 2) for the Primary Pump. This feature is designed to alternate between the pumps or gate valve so one does not wear faster than the other.

    • There is a time delay between sensing and pump, before initializing a pump or gate valve
    • The system has a time delay between sensing and the Secondary High Water Level pump or gate valve before initializing the relay to activate the Secondary High Water Level Pump Down System
    • The system has a time delay between sensing and the High Water Level Alarm before initializing the relay to activate the High Water Level Alarm
    • There is a switch to activate the test process and it will automatically cycle through the:
      • Pump Down process
      • Secondary High Water Level Pump Down
      • High Water Level Alarm

Usage

This is for a lift station or a pumping station duplex system or for a dual pumping system with the alternating switch between the pumps built into the software of the Controller. It is a duplex pump-down system intended to allow for the pumps to operate equally by alternating between each of them every time the first pump activates.

The first time it turns on Pump 1 it is turning one pump on. The second time it turns on it switches automatically and turns on Pump 2 first and keeps on cycling like this it’s entire life. When one pump switch is active and the water rises to activate the second pump, it turns on the second pump no matter which pump happens to be first on that particular cycle.

Description

Control Panel features displays indicating:

    1. Power
    2. Pump Down I
    3. Pump Down II
    4. High Water Level indicators
    5. Fault indicator
    6. Test system to test the electronics portion of the controls without removing or disconnecting the Sensing devices

The system has a time delay between sensing and pumping, before initializing a pump or gate valve.

There are three high voltage relays:

  1. Pump 1
  2. Pump 2
  3. High Alarm

*Custom Sensors lengths available upon request.
