Wastewater Treatment

Wastewater treatment poses some of the biggest challenges for water level controls. Despite the harsh conditions, however, our Waterline Controls outperform the competition. Our reliable design starts with sensor probes that never foul, plate or disintegrate, regardless of water conditions. For your convenience, either single phase or three phase relays are available. Our water level control systems are 99% reliable and have an average duty cycle of 15-years. The seamlessly integrate into existing BMS and SCADA using dry contacts. Irrigation Lake Pump

With irrigation lakes, you often need to move water from one lake to another. We understand your needs: an accurate, reliable water level controller that can monitor water levels, open valves, and operate pumps to effortlessly move that irrigation water as needed. That’s why we designed our Waterline irrigation lake pump systems so that they are easy to install, setup, and troubleshoot. Sewage Water

Our line of sewage water level controls were designed with you in mind. They minimize your downtime by alternating between two pumps to operate them equally. The water level control systems can be used as either pump up systems or pump down systems, and they can be integrated seamlessly with SCADA using dry contracts. That’s why we designed out Storm Water Level Controls to combine accuracy, compensation for wave action, and management of water to levels to within ⅛” of operating range. Water System Surge Tanks

Surges are unpredictable — they can happen unexpectedly, and the amount of surge varies greatly. That’s why you need reliable, accurate water controllers and sensors to help you evaluate those surges. If you are interested in a system that can compensate for wave action and manage water levels to within ⅛” of operating range, then you need our Surge Tank Level Controls. Our line of water tank surge level controls are designed to seamlessly integrate with SCADA using dry contacts and can be used as pump up or pump down systems. Lift Stations

Waterline Controls offers a series especially for accurate, reliable control of lift station water levels. Sometimes the water involved is challenging for probes to accurately sense levels, which is why our low-voltage, low-current probes were designed to excel even in the most harshest environments without plating, degrading, or fouling. The control functions include pump on and pump off for two different pumps, a high alarm, and a power loss indicator. To minimize downtime and ensure that both pumps are used optionally, the controller can alternate between two pumps. Combine those features with 99% reliability and a 15-year life and you have an excellent solution to your lift station water level control challenges.

Well Water Holding TanksEven in the harshest conditions, Waterline Controls out-performs its competitors. This means you’ll get your money’s worth. The Water level management systems used in this application can be either pump up systems or pump down systems. Waterline Controls easily integrates with SCADA using dry contacts.

Additional Information

Electrical: Controls operate either 110VAC or 220VAC Internal Relay Contacts rated 40AMPS at 250Volts single phase or 3-phase and Dry Contacts for BMS are rated 0.5AMPS at 60Volts. These relays can be specified to be single phase or 3-phase contactors depending on your needs. Our Sensor assembly is Intrinsically Safe and extremely reliable no matter the environmental conditions.

Enclosure: 8-3/4” X 10-1/2″ X 6″ including the hinge and the latch. For indoor and outdoor use.
