The WLC Nina can be configured twenty different ways to monitor and control liquid levels moving up or down in an environment see the brochure on this page for details about the different configurations currently available. The different configurations are factory programmed and shipped as specific control switches for the required level control needs.

This DIN Rail mounted 24 cubic inch small‐scale version of the standard WLC Series can run up to four different switching relays and monitor up to six different probe set points. It has an intuitive LED lighting system to say when switches are active or inactive making the product very user friendly and easy to test and evaluate. The WLC NINA™ Series may look like the competition but the unit is revolutionary in its design. The WLC NINA Series is perfect in any application where water level liquid level management is important. The WLC NINA has gone through a successful extensive life test to simulate a fifteen year life cycle.

The WLC NINA uses a microprocessor that monitors all probes for correct operation and then provides the corresponding outputs to drive the dry contacts. These contacts can use the same source power used to operate the WLC NINA or a secondary power source depending upon the power requirements of the relay coils being driven. The Modular construction insures user-friendly operation. By using a very low voltage and current, WLC NINA Series probes never foul or degrade whenever using solid state sensors.

Now there is a level control system you can add for your customers or for any custom cabinet project and use the latest and best technology. WaterLine Controls™ provides the controls which can use the sensor type and manufacturer of your choice. Multiple float type switches are acceptable as are any manufacturers physical probe assemblies. These controls are designed to drive relay coils either 24VAC or 24vdc with any contactor size, which means it can controls as large or as small a pump or valve as needed for the application.

Electronic Liquid Level Controls &amp Management Systems

The WLC NINA requires a power source for powering the sensing system and powering the relay coils it is intended to drive. The power source can be the same power source or two separate power sources depending on your water or liquid level control application. The Controls portion of the system draws a maximum of 0.05AMPS at 24VAC and the relay driver outputs are rated for a maximum of 0.5AMPS at 24VAC or 24VDC, so you could use less power on the relay output coils. The entire unit itself is designed to prevent surges from affecting its performance. The WLC NINA is compact, easy to install and has intuitively operating LEDs for each of the switching performances it carries out. It has a built in contact and LED to notify whenever the NINA loses power or the sensors foul. It is DIN Rail mountable or it mounts with just two screws, which ever method you want mount it in the cabinet.

The WLC Nina is so diverse that it can be connected to any desired sensing method (Float Switches or any type, Pressure switches or Physical Probes) depending on your application. Due to the WLC Nina’s unique sensing method, there is no sort of degradation, fouling, or plating on physical probes from poor water quality. Use any manufacturers sensing probes and you could use one of the three different types we offer. See the sensor offering section for the NINA Series for further information.

WLC NINA has been through rigorous testing to demonstrate it will last at least a 15 year life cycle. So it comes with a 5 Year Limited Warranty just like all of our other products.
