The Waterline Controls WLC Series systems are manufactured and supplied as a unit by System Dynamics, Inc. and include a stainless steel sensor, wire, controller and mounting assembly.
The system consists of solid-state, non-corrosive components in a NEMA 4 enclosure and can be used in outdoors environments, industrial applications or in mechanical room environments.

The controllers have automation monitoring outputs, fine control, ease of operation, ease of service and accessibility.
All control panels have a 5 Year Limited Warranty.

Approved for installation by applicable regulations to draw no more than 0.25 Amps at 110VAC and 0.125 Amps at 220VAC. All power relays are rated at 30Amps 250VAC.

• Each output function has a corresponding set of normally open dry contacts (FORM A) rated at 0.5Amps at 60Volts to be connected to the building automation system.
• The unit uses low voltage to operate the sensing circuit and has been tested and certified by an independent third party as a system under Standard UL 508.

The sensor may be connected to the control panel with a maximum of 350 ft. of wire, which is provided as part of the sensor.
The wire comes in 50ft. increments up to 350ft and it can be spliced to extend it with a terminal block in a NEMA4 enclosure. The 3″ sensor housing must be installed according to the drawings.

The sensor must be mounted at the operating water level range and in a safe and convenient location using the “U” bolts provided. Each Rod tip end has 1/4-20 Threads and can be extended as need to fit the application requirements. The system is available in 110VAC or 220VAC 50/60Hz and is hard wired into a panel for permanent installation.
