WaterLine Controls can be used on either the demineralized/deionized water system holding tank with Stainless Steel Floats custom made for your application or as a replacement controller for any of the “on-board spark plug” type sensor in cast iron housings. The difference is that WaterLine Liquid level Control Circuit looks like the competition but it does not function like it. This system will operate so the sensors will never need to be replaced. WaterLine Controls is considered a complete kit for water level management, it can include the sensor the mounting assembly or just the Control Panel. The only other item needed is a valve of any type as a fill valve. All of Waterline Controls models easily and quickly integrate with existing building management systems(BMS). This allows the operator to continuously monitor and evaluate water consumption and usage.     Enclosure: 8-3/4” X 10-1/2” X 6” including the hinge and the latch. For indoor and outdoor use.

    Sensor assembly: Option A; use the “spark plug type sensors” supplied by others or Option B; for deionized or demineralized water we can supply a Stainless Steel Float switch for the holding tank.  We will need the Sensor Appendix filled out and returned in this case.  In both applications the sensors should never need to be replaced because of the way we power the sensor system.
