For most applications we typically use a 3″ Sensor head which fits into any 3″ Slip Style fitting.  Regardless of which controls are used this sensor will hold all the sensor tips for all the models.  This housing and the sensor lengths can be customized for your application.  We have developed custom probes and assemblies for some OEM Customers under Private Label brands.

We do make 2-1/2″ Vanstone flange sensors that are direct replacements for Evapco Cooling tower level controls (see this page for the technical details).  We can use any size vanstone flange to build a sensor into without any issues.  Let us know what you need for your application and we can help you get the right parts.  You can use this Sensor Appendix to get the correct length sensor tips needed.

All WaterLine Controls WLC models can be fitted with a secondary PCB to operate two different sensor probe assemblies.  Now two probes can be mounted into two different environments provided there is an equalization line between them.  The controller can operate the same device(s) and will need a properly valved system so it can share either the same Fill valve or pump when it decides to operate.  The sensor are which ever style you choose.  The switch is done with a single switch located on the WaterLine Controls panel. No other parts are needed.

This is the standard sensor that comes with every kit.  For most applications we typically use a 3″ this Sensor head which fits into any 3″ Slip Style fitting.  Regardless of which controls are used this sensor will hold all the sensor tips for all the models.  The sensor tip lengths are standard lengths but can be modified as needed for your application by submitting this Sensor Appendix.  We make custom lengths and develop part numbers for some OEMs under Private Labels.

These are low cost controls for any Float Switch operation.  This control comes in four different configurations: Single Float pump up or pump down, Two float pump up or pump down, single float pump up or down with a second float for a low alarm or high alarm and a pump up or down using two floats with a high or low alarm.

At this point we do not supply the float switches.  We are supply these controls so the voltage in the water or wet area meets the UL requirements not to exceed 24VAC.  These will always operate less the 24VAC through the float switches.  The enclosure is a NEMA6R and ideal for wet applications.  Ask your contractor how he plans to operate the floats so you know he is using some sort of low voltage system.  While we prefer the low voltage electronic sensing system we developed we realize that it may not always fit into the budget and has more features and functions than are needed for your application.

CheckPoint can be used in place of any Ultrasound Level Indicator, especially in water where there can sometimes be technical issues with the Ultrasound technology. CheckPoint easily integrates into any Building Automation System (BMS) using 0-20mA input as a function of level in the environment. CheckPoint can be made in any length needed for your application. CheckPoint is the latest development from WaterLine Controls. It is a digital Liquid Level Indicator, Water Level Indicator and Water Level Indicator For Tank level indicators. It is not intended to be a level controller.  It’s design and technology is designed to provide a level indication inside and environment.  It is plus or minus 5%-10% accurate.

The temperature probe is built into the water level sensor and is to be mounted below the minimum water level of the tank (see the accompanying figure). It is also to be mounted at least 24 inches from the tank heater.
